1. Definitions

Customer: Any person who visits the website or purchases a product.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are displayed in the local currency and include VAT.

We reserve the right to modify prices or update products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Completing an order signifies your agreement to pay the full amount shown.

Available payment methods: (Bank Transfer – Mada – Visa/Mastercard – Cash on Delivery).

In case of payment failure or any other issue, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped via approved shipping companies or through our courier.

Delivery time depends on the customer's location (usually 1–3 business days within the Kingdom, and may be longer for international orders).

The store is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company after the order has been handed over to them.

5. Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within (14) days of the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Consumable products (such as air fresheners after opening) are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the reason is an error on the part of the store.

6. Warranty

Some products include a limited-term warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty can be activated through the "Activate Warranty" page on our website or by contacting our authorized dealer. An official warranty certificate will be issued to the customer via WhatsApp, using their mobile number. This certificate will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp. The customer is not entitled to request repair or replacement without this certificate. If the certificate is lost, the customer's mobile number will be verified by customer service to confirm whether a warranty certificate has been issued.

The warranty does not cover misuse or tampering.

7. Liability

The store is not liable for any indirect damages or damages resulting from the misuse of the products.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the product meets their needs before purchase.

8. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of mentioned contries.
